The Elite Series is the ultimate sample library for the Roland S-550, S-330, W-30, and compatible samplers. The Elite Series consists of 77 banks fully programmed and loaded with the best sounds in the world.
Elite
Series Features...
Several Volumes utilize a technique we call HSS to capture the fine details and fidelity of any sound source. HSS essentially gives you the sonic quality of a 60k sampling rate sampler.
All floppy disks include S-550 system 1.13.
All Volumes are fully optimized and looped using the latest professional digital sound processing software. There are no clicks, pops, or obnoxious loops in the Elite Series.
All patches are "Patch Load" clean! This vital feature is invaluable if you are using the CD ROM or Hard Disk operating systems and use the "Load Patch" command. All Elite Series patches will load only the tones assigned to the patch. No RAM-wasting, unused tones will be loaded and all unused layers are turned off.
Velocity Switch, Velocity Mix, Unison, or Crossfade Mix patches are usually indicated in the patch name.
Drum patches follow the General MIDI drum note assignment. You can try any drum kit in the Elite Series with your sequence without ever having to remap drum notes.
All Elite Series Volumes make full use of the Roland digital filters. These are not old S-50 banks pawned off for the S-550.
Elite Series banks can also be used with other Roland samplers by using a conversion utility available from Roland. Contact your Roland dealer for details.

If you order the ENTIRE Elite Series, we can now provide it on one easy to use, economical PC CD ROM. All 77 Volumes are included on the Patchman Music Elite Series CD ROM. Just load this CD ROM into your PC and use the included utility to make floppies which can then be loaded into your S-550, S-330, or W-30 sampler. Please Note: This CD ROM is for use with a PC computer with a built in CD ROM drive. It is NOT a NATIVE FORMAT Roland CD ROM and will NOT work with a CD ROM connected directly to your Roland sampler.
