Casio DH-100 & DH-200 Repairs

are complete instructions if you wish to have us repair your
Casio DH-100, DH-200, DH-280, DH-500, DH-800 Horn
We can repair your Casio DH-100, DH-200,
DH-500, DH-800, DH-280!
If you already have a Casio DH-100,
DH-200, DH-280, DH-500, DH-800 MIDI Horn that needs repair you
have come to the right place! Due to cheap components used in
the manufacturing process, aging stock Casio DH Horns often can
start to produce a very annoying high pitched squeal if not modified
by a technician. This squeal renders the Casio wind controller
useless as a musical instrument even though the MIDI function
works.
If your Casio DH-100, DH-200, DH-280,
DH-500, or DH-800 squeals like a pig when you play it- WE
CAN FIX IT QUICKLY, PROFESSIONALLY, and PERMANENTLY for $65
(US) + $30 shipping/handling/insurance (US customers only). Alaska
and Hawaii residents call us for the shipping charge. Ohio residents
must add appropriate sales tax (call for amount).
Since we are WIND CONTROLLER PROFESSIONALS, we are
able to fix the horn very quickly. Most repairs are completed
within 24 hours. Our wind controller tech, Matt
Traum, has extensive experience playing, customizing, and
repairing wind controllers and wind controller related synths

If you are in the USA and would like Patchman Music to repair
your horn, email or call
to let us know that you are sending it, pack the horn and ship the horn to us as described below...
Shipping...
We recommend that you pad the horn very well in bubble wrap when you pack
it and send ONLY the horn. Don't send the mouthpiece, batteries, or AC adaptor. We recommend sending it via an
insured and trackable method with signature
required. This is for your own protection and will eliminate
the possibility of any unpleasant surprises for either party.

Payment...
We recommend using VISA or MasterCard for payment as it is quickest (we will call you for details after the horn is repaired). If paying via check or money order, please make it payable to "Patchman Music LLC". All checks, money orders, and cashier's check take 10 business days to clear before we can ship the horn back. Ohio residents must
add appropriate sales tax (call for amount). Alaska and Hawaii
residents please call us for the total before sending in your Casio
DH horn for repair.
Overseas Inquiries...
If you are outside the USA, it would probably be best for
you to try to find someone locally to fix your Casio Horn. We
do not ship gear overseas. If you wish to have your Casio DH
Horn repaired by us and you are overseas, you will need to ship
your horn to a contact in the USA (not Patchman Music) and have
that contact handle the entire transaction on your behalf.

repair or replace it free of charge. The
serial number must not be altered in any way. This guarantee
pertains just to any future squeal and doesn't cover any other
type of failure or damage from misuse or abuse. This guarantee
is for the original customer only and cannot be transferred.
Should your Casio DH Digital Horn start to squeal within this
period, simply contact us and, at our discretion, we will either
repair it or replace it with another horn.
