Casio DH-100 & DH-200 Repairs

Here are complete instructions if you wish to have us repair your Casio DH-100, DH-200, DH-280, DH-500, DH-800 Horn

If you already have a Casio DH-100, DH-200, DH-280, DH-500, DH-800 MIDI Horn that needs repair you have come to the right place! Due to cheap components used in the manufacturing process, aging stock Casio DH Horns often can start to produce a very annoying high pitched squeal if not modified by a technician. This squeal renders the Casio wind controller useless as a musical instrument even though the MIDI function works.

If your Casio DH-100, DH-200, DH-280, DH-500, or DH-800 squeals like a pig when you play it- WE CAN FIX IT QUICKLY, PROFESSIONALLY, and PERMANENTLY for $65 (US) + $30 shipping/handling (US customers only). Alaska and Hawaii residents call us for the shipping charge. Ohio residents must add appropriate sales tax (call for amount).

Since we are WIND CONTROLLER PROFESSIONALS, we are able to fix the horn very quickly. Most repairs are completed within 24 hours. So payment via a money order will allow us to send the repaired DH horn back to you faster than payment via a personal check.

Our wind controller tech, Matt Traum, has extensive experience playing, customizing, and repairing wind controllers and wind controller related synths and accessories. Matt's wind controller repair clients include Bob Mintzer (Yellowjackets), Richie Havens, and Bobby Read (Bruce Hornsby). Unlike others that just dabble- we are FULL-TIME WIND CONTROLLER PROFESSIONALS.

Once we fix the squeal it should never return. Unlike other companies, our fix is a permanent repair. To prove it, we guarantee our squeal repair for a FULL TWO YEARS!

We not only fix the squeal but we will also fix other potential trouble spots at the same time. This is something no one else does. We also repair any loose connections, resolder broken and stressed solder joints, and tighten everything up all at no extra charge!

We can also do ANY OTHER REPAIRS on your Casio Digital Horn. We will also inspect the instrument for complete functionality and will advise you if additional repairs/parts are recommended that may require additional cost. We have a huge stock of parts for Casio DH saxes and can make any repair. No additional repairs will be performed without your approval. Please note that the above price is for the squeal fix only. If you are in the USA and would like Patchman Music to repair your horn, email or call to let us know that you are sending it, and ship the horn along with a check or money order payable to "Patchman Music" in the amount of $95 US. (A money order or cashier's check allows for the quickest service- a check takes a full week to clear before we can ship). Ohio residents must add appropriate sales tax (call for amount). Shipping...

We recommend that you pad the horn very well when you pack it, and send ONLY the horn (don't send batteries or AC adaptor) to Patchman Music insured and via a trackable method with signature required. This is for your own protection and will eliminate the possibility of any unpleasant surprises for either party.

Overseas Inquiries...

If you are outside the USA, it would probably be best for you to try to find someone locally to fix your Casio Horn. We do not ship gear overseas. If you wish to have your Casio DH Horn repaired by us and you are overseas, you will need to ship your horn to a contact in the USA (not Patchman Music) and have that contact handle the entire transaction on your behalf.
