PATCHMAN MUSIC Roland JV-80, JV-90, and JV-880 Pro Patches are vastly superior to the factory JV-80/90/880 presets. Each Volume for the Roland JV-80, JV-90, and JV-880 contains 64 Patches, 16 Performances, and 1 General MIDI (GM) Rhythm Setup of the highest quality sounds available for the JV-80, JV-90, and JV-880.
These soundbanks load into the USER bank in your Roland JV synth- no expansion cards or floppies are involved. These soundbanks are transferred via a MIDI data dump into the USER bank using an inexpensive MIDI interface. All you need is a properly working MIDI interface connected to your computer such as the Roland UM-ONE MK2 USB MIDI Interface available here to make the one time transfer.
Once the soundbank has been transferred, they will remain in your JV synth.
