RARE! Yamaha VL1 Physical Modeling Keyboard with VERSION 2 OS and Pro Anvil Case! - JUST ADDED!

Here it is- the Granddaddy of all physical modeling synths. The VL1 Physical Modeling keyboard is extremely hard to find! It is specially designed for use with a breath controller or a MIDI wind controller. This VL1 has the VERSION 2 OS installed (a $200 value)! The Yamaha VL1 is duophonic (2 note polyphony) and it holds user-editable 128 patches. The VL1 has an amazing amount of interactive control to say the least! We count 12 possible controllers on this keyboard- a Breath Controller input, velocity, aftertouch, 2 rubberized Mod Wheels, 1 rubberized Pitchbend Wheel, 2 Continuous Sliders, 2 Continuous Foot Pedal inputs, and 2 Foot Switch inputs. RARE! Yamaha VL7 Physical Modeling Keyboard with VERSION 2 OS! - PRICE REDUCED!!!

The VL7 Physical Modeling keyboard is extremely hard to find! It is specially designed for use with a breath controller or a MIDI wind controller. This VL7 has the VERSION 2 OS installed (a $200 value)! The Yamaha VL7 has exactly the same specs, high quality response, and effects as its big brothers the VL1 and VL1-m except that it is monophonic (not duophonic) and it holds 64 patches (instead of 128). Custom Footswitch for EWV2000, EWI3020m, EWI3030m - PRICE REDUCED!!!

Here is a unique customized footswitch modded by Matt Traum at Patchman Music to work with the Akai EWV2000, EWI3020m, or EWI3030m sound modules.

This footpedal allows the user to go up and down through patches on the EWV2000, EWI3020m, and EWI3030m with the foot. Simply plug it in with the included new 15 foot cable and you can the increment or decrement though the patches without taking your hands off the horn.

This footswitch features some cool LED indicators - Red for Program Down and Green for Program Up. When you press one of the switches the corresponding LED lights.

RARE!! Casio DH-800 Digital Horn - PRICE REDUCED!!!

We have available this extremely rare CASIO DH-800.

This DH-800 horn has been gone over in the shop here at Patchman Music by Matt Traum at Patchman Music and it works great.

The Casio DH-800 is very similar to the Casio DH-100 and DH-200 with a few additions. Most notibly the added cartridge slot built into the horn. This cartidge allows the user to insert one if the Casio "ROM Packs" into the slot and play along with a few songs. These songs are quite "cheezy" but this feature can be fun nevertheless. We are including one cartidge with the sale of this horn. It is Casio ROM Pack RO-551 World Songs. It contains the following songs:

• Greensleeves
• Die Lorelei
• Old Folks At Home

The Casio DH-800 features the same number of keys as the DH-100 and DH-200. The mouthpiece is the same as well.

The 6 built-in sounds are the same as the DH-100 and DH-200. They are- Saxophone, Trumpet, Synth-Reed, Oboe, Clarinet, and Flute.

There are a few other differences compared to the DH-100 and DH-200. There is an additional knob on the side of the horn next to the main volume knob that adjusts the ROM playback volume level. Also, the switch on the side of the horn next to the Transpose switch is used to turn the melody on and off when playing back one of the cartridge songs (instead of selecting breath and non-breath mode). Lastly, there is a panel of switches on the side of the horn used to select the songs and set the tempo, and start and stop the cartridge song playback.

This horn has been gone over in the shop here at Patchman Music by Matt Traum at Patchman Music and it works great.

This horn is in superb condition. There is only a slight amount of dings and scratches from normal use. Everything works great on it.

EXTREMELY RARE!! Steiner / Crumar EVI w/Ribbon Cable Mod by EVI Guru Matt Traum

Attention BRASS players! Here is a very rare Crumar EVI brass-style analog wind controller designed by the great Nyle Steiner, marketed in the early 1980's by the Italian company Crumar, and recently restored and custom modified by Matt Traum at Patchman Music. This EVI is from the personal collection of EVI player Matt Traum and has been custom hot-rodded with his Ribbon Cable mod (a $150 value). Click here for info. This Crumar EVI is strictly analog- there are no MIDI capabilities on this unit. Since it is TRUE ANALOG, it has an incredibly smooth and responsive sound. You can literally hum while playing and the breath sensor is so fast that it will modulate the sound coming from the synth! The custom Ribbon Cable modification fixes the weak spot of a stock model. That is- the hardwired cable tends to fail. Repairing it is a lengthy and costly repair job. With this included mod, replacing the cable becomes a very simple, fast, and inexpensive process that the owner can do themselves. Plus, you can easily make new cables any length you want! The Crumar EVI has an incredibly expressive and beautiful sound. You can listen to numerous mp3 clips of the Crumar EVI in action here. The Crumar EVI has a 6+ octave range and even more range is available by changing the TUNE knob. This is a great, compact, real analog EVI. Just plug it in to an amp and you are playing. RARE!! TOA D3 Rack Mount Mixer - THE BEST wind controller gig rig mixer!

This is the model mixer I personally use in my wind controller gig rig at Patchman Music. After a long search at every rack mount mixer ever made, I concluded that this is the best possible mixer for my situation. Click here for a quick picture of my wind controller gig rig which is based around this TOA mixer. The TOA D-3 mixer in the bottom position in this rack. The TOA D3 mixer is the only mixer I could find anywhere that had the exact features I needed for my particular wind controller rig. It is a single space rack mount mixer featuring a main stereo out with seperate volume knobs for Left and Right. Then, most importantly, it has a totally seperate 1/4" MONO Sum Output which is used to feed my powered monitor. There is a seperate volume knob for the SUM OUT (a mono output) which DOES NOT affect the level going to the Main Outputs. Having a seperate volume knob to control this monitor output allows me to have complete and independent control over my own monitor which I found to be ultra important when gigging. This mixer also has a 1/4" stereo headphone jack on the front also with a seperate volume knob for it. It has 4 STEREO inputs (2 inputs on each) with volume, pan, high and low eq, and effects send on each. Each of the 4 main ins also has a DIRECT OUTPUT phono jack and a phono Input jack as well. Input number 4 also accepts a phantom powered mic complete with 15v switchable phantom power and XLR jack! I use the Mic input for my vocal/trumpet mic. It has stereo effects returns and stereo tape returns (again both with knobs), LED clip indicators on each input plus overall clip LED, and an AC cord (no wall wart!). These are really excellent sounding mixers. They are clean and the EQ sounds great. They seem to be designed exactly for this type of application. This unit shows signs of use (scratches, scuffs, marks) but everything has been checked here at Patchman Music and it works great! (The extra time and work we put into this mixer to check it out and refurbish it in our shop before we sell it is worth at least $75.) This unit is MISSING the RACK EARS. This sale includes the TOA D3 rackmount mixer and a copy of the Instruction Manual. Mackie MicroSeries 1202 Mixer - PRICE REDUCED!!!

This Mackie MicroSeries 1202 Mixer is in great shape and has been checked out here by Matt Traum at Patchman Music. This is a SUPERB SOUNDING, compact mixer. One really great feature on this unit is the wonderful sound quality you get from its headphone jack. So it's a great headphone sub-mixer. Mackie mixers are also known for their excellent sounding EQs and this unit won't let you down there either. This MicroSeries 1202 Mixer works and sounds great in a wind controller rig. This unit has a bit of residue on the back from some tape that was removed but that is just cosmetic. All knobs are present and working great.

These rack ear adaptors are in excellent condition. They mount onto the sides of a Mackie MicroSeries 1202 mixer using the screws that are already on the side of the Mixer. Once installed, the mixer can be rack mounted in a standard 19" rack mount case.

RARE!! Roland EM-101 Sound Plus MIDI Sound Module - PRICE REDUCED!!!

Here is a SUPER RARE Roland EM-101 Sound Plus MIDI Sound Module. This an early vintage MIDI sound module from approximately 1985-1986.

The Roland EM-101 is an interesting module with some classic sweet sounding analog type sounds built-in. Apparently it's like a Roland Juno-106 with only 1 VCF across all the notes. With its analog filter, it has a very warm and pleasing sound.

The front panel has switches for Ensemble/Solo which selects a sound from either the top row or bottom row. The top row sounds are 8 note polyphonic, the bottom row sounds are monophoninc with top note priority. The top row (polyphonic) sounds are: Strings 1, Strings 2, Organ 1, Organ 2, Organ 3, Brass 1, Brass 2, and Synth. The bottom row (monophonic) sounds are: Bass 1, Bass 2, Cello, Clarinet, Flute, Violin, Synth 1, and Synth 2. There is also a Brilliance switch which allows you to adjust the brilliance/brightness of the bottom row/monophonic sounds only (hold down the Brilliance switch and use the patch select buttons to set the brilliance level). There is also a front panel power switch and sliders for Volume, Dynamics (adjusts the response to MIDI velocity including optional reversed response!), and Attack (the attack time of the sound). The rear panel has MIDI IN, MIDI THRU, a Fine Tune knob, a 1/4" Remote jack, a switch for High/Low output level, Stereo 1/4" output jacks, and a 1/4" Mix In jack. Everything on this module has been checked out by Matt Traum here at Patchman Music and works well. The unit looks great and plays in tune- amazing for analog synth from 1985! This is definitely a collector's item and probably a modder's / circuit bender's delight. This sale includes Roland EM-101 MIDI module and attached AC power cable.

Here is the M3R RPC-04 Orchestra 1 Prog./Combi./Demo-Seq. card for the Korg M3R. Please note that this card has only the Prog./Combi./Demo-Seq. data on it. To function properly, you will need to also have the corresponding MSC PCM card WHICH IS NOT INCLUDED. Nevertheless, loading this card into the M3R can still result in some useful new sounds even without the missing sample card and it expands the number of patches you can access. This durable but lightweight Boss FC-50 Midi Foot Controller is a pedal-operated MIDI remote controller is ideal for use with a range of MIDI devices such as effects processors, keyboards, guitar synthesizers, and sound modules, enabling you to control MIDI devices by foot. Especially suitable for live applications, the FC-50's rear panel jacks can accommodate two footswitches (such as the Boss FS-5U/L) and two expression pedals. You can select any of 128 possible program change messages using the FC-50's five Number pedals, A/B Group pedal and up/down number selection buttons, which enable choice among 13 Banks. The FC-50 takes the hassle out of controlling complex MIDI setups. Connectors for MIDI Out, EXP 1, EXP 2, CTL 1, CTL 2, Bank shift up, Bank shift down, DC In.
